Our refunds policy

If the products you received are unsatisfactory, it is possible to discuss either refunds or replacements. There is a 25% restocking fee, and refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. The fastest way to discuss this is by submitting a support request via our support form here and selecting ‘refund request’ or ‘replacement request’ from the dropdown menu.
