How do I cancel an order?

Cancellations are only possible before we place the order with our supplier, as long as your order does not contain forensic products. Thereafter, any cancellations are subject to our supplier agreements, which unfortunately means that restocking fees may apply. If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, preferably by emailing us at orders@sanbio.nl and referencing your order number.
